The Jewish Community Center in Manhattan is a not for profit institution located on the Upper West Side of NYC. This new multi-use building, constructed on 14 floors (3 below grade), houses cultural, educational, social and recreational programs. The project includes a nursery school, pool and fitness center, library, café, multipurpose auditorium, arts and cultural programs and administrative offices. ZOR was retained to oversee the implementation of the construction which included a significant environmental remediation effort.
