This award-winning new building was designed by renowned architects Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa of SANAA in collaboration with Gensler Architects. The museum provides for large, open, multi-use galleries, a theater, learning center, bookstore, café and administrative offices. ZOR was originally engaged to realign the projected development cost to the budget and then to manage the project's design and construction including the coordination of municipal funding provided by the City of New York.
